ORDER STATUS AND CHANGES
If you've placed your order within the last 24 hours, you can request a change or cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
A pre-order item is an item that you are ordering before we have it it in inventory. You may cancel a pre-order item up until your item has been shipped by reaching out to us at email@example.com with your order number.
We ship to both domestic (United States) and international addresses.
Orders are typically processed and shipped in 3 -5 business days with exceptions that can be found in the 'Processing Time' section of each of our product pages.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise designated at purchase time.
We have a variety of shipping locations however the majority of our items ship from Charlotte, North Carolina; Boise, Idaho; and Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
We ship all of our items through USPS. If your item says that it was delivered, we ask that you first wait two business days. If you still don't receive your item, please follow up with your apartment complex and file a claim with USPS.

Any item eligible for returns and exchanges can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the item has been delivered.
